My last bottle. After 3 years of holding this, it seems to finally have put on some weight. More filling, a bit creamy and honeyed, but still packing excellent acidity. Hints of stones on the lengthy, lingering finish.

Not much change since my last bottle a year ago. Nice, but still tightly coiled; light bodied. Crisp, linear and focused, although not very generous at the moment. UPDATE: A bit more open on day 2.

50th Birthday Dinner (Classic Wine Storage, Dallas, TX): Impressions. Opened for 1h. Concentrated apples, flowers, herbs and nice minerality. Had a broad mouthfeel that was kept lively by excellent acids. Very much enjoyed this.

Wine Tasting Group (09-10-2017): Apples and minerals on palate. There is a nice balance between an acidic cut and a textural broadness that prevents this wine from becoming too austere or flabby. A nice drink.

Pop and pour. Medium weight, with lovely citrus and orchard fruit notes. A hint of iodine and and noticeable oak influence. Good, palate-adherence and length. Not much minerality. This could use more time to integrate and should improve.

Toluene and apricot on the nose. On the palate, lychee, pineapple, apricot, and notes of lime, lemon, and brine, with good acidity and a medium to long finish. This is excellent, and a very good value at a little under $40.

Last sip…nose of honey suckle…fruit a little muted on the attack, with a soft finish. Lovely wine but probably a little past it’s peak.

This is a nice white Burgundy, but there are many delivering at this level at the same price point..

Much better than my previous bottle. Fresh, green apples, mineral and some nice acidity. Not too broad, focused and linear.

I was disappointed. Lean with a one dimensional profile. Not very giving, not very mineral either. A bit dull.

Very fresh, lots of fruit on the nose and palate. Really enjoyable White Burgundy, good QPR. Not too much oak, great flavor, easy drinking.

Similar to my last bottle. Zippy, fresh, young and unevolved. Needs some cellar time to come together,
