Stored in our Vinotemp since new, cork in good shape. Used Venturi to aerate and let sit for 30 minutes. Probably waited too long to enjoy this 2013. Subtle fruit, mellow, yet still enjoyable with our Filet Mignon New Years Eve Dinner.

Color, Clarity and body are good. Soft mouth feel, some berries, not sophisticated or complex. Easy to drink, ideal for second wine or towards the end of the evening.

Color, clarity and body are in perfect shape. The wine needs to breathe for 15 to 20 minutes before drinking. Good berry - rasberry and vanilla flavors middle to end. The finish pulls the moisture from the tounge. Enjoyable!

Nose of black fruit, spice, and violets. Very ripe. I like the purity of the fruit. Smooth and round with low acidity and modest tannins. Easy drinking. As someone more accustomed to drinking Bordeaux than California cabernets, it’s hard for me to recognize this as cabernet. But I like this wine. And it seems that the low-brow nature of this wine is more due to the terroir than to winemaking, which I can respect.
Drink now.

This wine has consistently offered good fruit, acidity and balanced tannins with no elements overshadowing the drinkability of this wine. Good floral nose. Very good Alexander Valley cab that has been my "every day" wine for a couple of months.

Big rich fruit on the nose, follows with big rich fruit on the palate. Just opened, with crunchy tannins on the back of the palate, competantly made. Works it out for around $25.
