An introduction to Swiss wines (Our place, Bern, Switzerland): The dessert wine and after a careful and serious blind tasting nobody wanted to take serious notes. But this is lovely. Not too sweet, seriously botrytized, in beautiful balance. It was still delicious after three days in the fridge.
