Perfect now (Cork was good). The equilibrium is excellent despite the hot vintage, a clear acidic layer gives enough freshness; very expressive, mature fruits, and good volume. A lot of pleasure

Nice colour, tinged with green. Complex aromatics of smoke, spice, custard apple and ripe peach. It is rich and buttery with good depth of orchard fruit flavours. For its size and weight it has good minerality and a finish that is fresh and vibrant. Absolutely right in the zone, right now.

A delicious white Bourgogne~ Impressive nose of complex citrus, honey, white flower, nutty, buttery, and yet so deliciously light and impressively long after taste. The taste would last for a good minute of very lively mineral, and match on the palate the above description of aromas. This was served not too cold, almost at rooms temperature coming from a well kept cellar and was just perfect. Wow~ only if I could taste this kind of wine more often!

Light golden colour; attractive and expressive nose of orchard fruits and white flowers; medium weight, fresh, toasty oak core, pain grille and minerals. Has added depth and complexity over the last year, but not up to it's usual high standard due to the vineyard being hit with a particularly heavy hail storm. Extremely good all the same. One for probably drinking in the short-medium term. Estimated Maturity: 2010-2013+ (459 views)

Turning a golden color with a sniff of premox upon first pour that blows off after airing. The wine is going. Drink up. Crisp and clean with good acidity, pear, apricot, butterscotch, and vanilla. An elegant and balanced Caillerets, but suffering from premature oxidation.

hold 4 years Nose: apple, oak, stone fruit, complex, pure and elegant. Mouth: Good focus, excellent standard for a young PC White Burg—no hint of premox, very fresh. Great acid and strong minerals in mouth, very pure, very young. We originally thought that this excellent wine was too young to use, but when we tried it with the soup the match was sublime.

France Trip Part 3 - Burgundy; 6/20/2006-6/23/2006: Barrel sample tasted at the domaine. Great peach nose. Honey, apricots, white flowers, nuts. More fruit here. Good weight. Balanced and nuanced. Should be excellent.

Barrel sample tasted at the domaine. More femine in style than the Chenevottes, and also potentially finer. Lighter, fresher, more delicate aromas. Fine citrus and apple fruit. Looks to be impressive.

Abbastanza giovane, ma equilibrato tra legno e mineralità.
