Nose of lemon, lime, and grapefruit. Flavors of tangerine with some grassy notes. Fresh with zippy acidity that lingers. Flavor profile is familiar but overall a thoroughly enjoyable and easily approachable Gruner.

A: Pale lemon green N: Medium intensity. Really herbal. Bell pepper, pear , lime YOUTHFUL P: High acid, medium alcohol, medic body medium (+) intensity and finish. Dry same as nose but with added lime and grapefruit
C: Not very complex but quite good in terms of balance, length and intensity on the palate. VERY GOOD quality. Drink Now, Don't Age. I found this very palatable. I usually dislike Gruner quite a bit.

Cracked and poured at fridge temp. Quite a bit of fizz, the screw cap actually popped! Most of this blew off after being open for a bit. The nose is quite peachy with a touch of minerality, which follows on the palate, wi a bit of grapefruit. A nice enough quaff, might need another year in the cellar though.

Big apricot and peach juice, and a powdered chalky finish that's a bit saccharine. Eminently drinkable but maybe this needs time to come into focus. Resinous white flowers and fruit obstruct the mineral midpalate I'm seeking.
