  • 95% Grenache from 30 years old vines, 3% Tibouren and 2% Cinsault.
I was very curious to taste a 9000 yen rosé.
What I found was a very defined and precise wine, with floral aromas of orange blossom, fresh peach, apricot, mandarin and mint, plus a mineral touch. Intense both on the nose and in the mouth, with firm acidity, medium body and a long finish. Good, elegant, but before opening my purse I would wait it to age, to see how it evolves.
