Medium bodied. One dimensional. Loads of fruit with blackberries and cherries. Jammy. mild tannins, although a surprising amount of sediment. A good value for an unsophisticated crowd.

Great weekday wine. Smooth, rich, good nose, deep color. There’s some heat on the end that keeps it from being truly special. But in the $15-$20 range it doesn’t get much better in my opinion.

Dark purple colour. Pleasant red fruit and tobacco aromas. Taste was peppery with cherry. Nice acidity and very little tannins. Alcohol was a little too noticeable. Paired well with pasta and tomato/beef sauce.
Excellent Argentinian Malbec. Lots of fruit, decent backbone. Excellent price point. Had at L' Auberge Del Mar restaurant with New York steak and lamb loin. Really liked it.

Inky purple in the glass with magenta rim. Blackberry and cocoa powder are predominant on the nose with hints of prune and violets. Very soft and round in the mouth with juicy dark fruit, good acidity, 14.5% alcohol, sweet tannins, and a finish of moderate length.

It smells like blackberry, prune, mineral, chocolate and cherry. The wine looks violet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. Perfect with meat and duck.

Usually I am not big friend of Argentinian Malbecs, but this one is definitely surprising. Dark color, not too extracted, not too heavy, nice dark fruits, good palate. Excellent ROI (around $15)

Deep and bright ruby red. Lots of dark berries on the nose, even a bit blue. A bit layered on the palate with dark berries and a touch earthy. Moderate tannins (6/10) and medium bodied. Very approachable and great value. A touch savory in the finish. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2021.

P: MF body; Juicy, POWERFUL fruit, with astringency coming out mid palate & through the LONG finish. While enjoyable now (at least for some palates), could be SPECIAL after several yrs of cellaring. "Unfined"; 14.5% ABV

Surprisingly good for the price. Opened up in the glass over the course of an hour. Served with light chill. Very strong effort here.
