Just as good as my prior bottle, but different. A little bit more lime and grassiness, but still wonderfully balanced. I will hold my last until warm weather hits, but definitely drink up this year.

The nose has muted quite a bit from my last bottle and the sweet citrus and melon fruit has subsided. Still a very nice SB with a little age on it, but recommend drinking any remaining bottles soon.

Down a few points from prior bottles, though still outstanding. Just a litte bit less intense, especially on the nose.
Watermelon, pineapple, lemon and lime, with just the barest trace of the grassiness I find so off-putting in most NZ SBs. Very smooth, long finish for the varietal.

No decant. Nice floral aroma. Tremendous balance of melon and lemon fruit with grapefruit and hints of leeche nuts and lemon grass. Medium body with superb delicacy, polish, structure and bright acidity. Consistent throughout from the start, to the mid-palate and with a touch more acidity on the crisp, generous, full and lingering finish.

I enjoyed the color, a nice golden yellow with a greenish hue. First thing I noticed was the mellow acidity up front - not the biting sensation I usually get from other SBs. Watermelon and lemon-lime flavors delight the palate with a smooth and firm finish. One of the better SBs that I have tried.

Crisp flavors of watermelon jolly ranchers, pineapple, and lychee nuts. Don’t overchill. I found that this wine was far more complex at cellar temperature (55 degrees) than chilled further. One of the more enjoyable Sauvignon Blancs I have had.

Refreshing scents of lemon, white flowers, grass. Quite a mouthful of rich flavors with sweet melon, creamy citrus and balanced acid. Delicious.

Napa-Noma Trip: Pungent green pea nose. Lemony citrus. Wax. Creamy, softish midpalate with minerals late. Not bad. A very complete wine. Nice.
