No Malbec day no.2 (Oinoscent): Rich in the nose, full ripe stone fruit, ripe citrus, lemon leaf freshness. Rich palate, oaky, nutty, almond, nice acidity, balanced, well structured, ripe stone and citrus fruit, long almond infused finish.

(Tasted at Oinoscent) Clean, Goldengreen, Med+ Intensity Med+ Intensity Nose, Earthy, Mineral, Honey, Candied Lemon, Almond, Oaky. Med+ Bodied, High Acidity. High Intensity palate with Toast, Herbs, Ripe Citrus Fruits and long aftertaste. Very Complex and different Chardonnay. A little unbalanced and young.

El Enemigo Tasting (CTC Restaurant): Chardonnay 100%, Gualtallary, Tupungato 1400-1500m, stony soil with limestone, fermentation in French 500lt barrels, 35% new oak, wild yeast, 13,9% alc. Matured under flor for 9 months in old French barrels, no battonage.
A lot of expectation on this one but sadly it was corked, but you could still see that this is a fine wine, as the texture of it and a few of the elements were through. Must try this again

Ripe and toasty. Youthful with big oak and fruit from nose through finish.
