Soft, plush, perfumed, good stuffing. I taste Blueberries, a little meaty, a little floral. Drying oak tannins too prominent at this stage, I would give it time for it to integrate.

purple, inky wine with violets and blueberries on the nose, simple but delicious, dry, lavender, black cherry and raspberry flavors, tannin envelops the mouth yet there is a soft side to the wine as well, uncork this with some foods where it will shine best

Dark violet hue. Stains the glass. Nose with warm slightly sweet fruits. Quite concetrated on the palate. Again sweet fruit. Soft tannins. But just enough acidity to provide balance. Southern Rhone Syrah, but not heavy. Not complex and still very young, but oh so juicy, alive and a pleasure to drink. Kicking myself for not buying a whole case!

Big, chewy, soft tannins with good acid and an appealing funky edge no doubt due to native fermentation. This stuff drinks like a syrah but without the weight. Pair it with everything from pizza to salmon.
