This wine was served in a small Riedel white wine tasting glass. The color on the wine is stop light yellow with a clear hue throughout. On the nose I get hints of wet stones, minerals and honeysuckle. On the palate the wine is smooth, chrisp, refreshing, and slightly acidic with hints of minerals and apricot. The finish is very good and long with the great balance of the wine showing and holding throughout the finish.
Again this is a great QRP and I will be buying more of this in years to come. If someone asked me to describe this I would say a very dry reisling - as you can tell from my review. It is also a great option for my fiancee and myself becuase she has an allergy to the chardonnay grape and doesn't like sweet wines - however still like refreshing, chrisp whites. (88-90)

This is a very intresting wine. This wine is very approachable with hints of lemon and minerals. This is a very refreshing wine with a screw top that would be great for a picnic on a warm summer afternoon. I have no formal notes, but at the wine club monthly special price of $17/bottle this is a very good QRP if for no other reason that to experience a new grape and enjoy something different and refreshing.
I love to have a glass of this when I am cooking or after an afternoon in the yard doing yard work.

Vermentino has a unique flavor profile, so I have no real frame of reference. It was rich with mineral/lemony body. Drinking it is a unique extra-ordinary experience. I will be drinking more when my palate comes up with a suitable pairing

Light yellow, with a nose of pear, flowers, green apple and spice. The palate shows lime, lemon, peach, and a long, mineral finish with zippy acidity. There is some warmth on the finish, but it doesn't really intrude. Drink now, before the high alcohol (14.5%) takes over. Bottled with a screwcap closure - smart move!

Served to some Riesling-lovers and they were pleasantly surprised. This is a crisp and semi-sweet white, went perfectly with our Japanese dinner on Christmas Eve

Light straw and yellow tinted color with a fresh sharp nose of citrus and melon...a very nice grip of fruit, that again, has a fresh taste and nice acidity. Good fruit and balance but the finish is a little short...

Found this in the back of the fridge. Nice acidity, vibrant mouthfeel, hints of lemon and lime. Decent minerality, too. Decent wine all around.

Very crisp. Lemons, mineral, steel, a bit of almond and extremely dry. Enjoyed by everyone.

Nice mineral flavors, great chardonnay alternative, especially good with seafood.
