Very pale, green tinted. Fresh bright lime nose, with some green and some lift, a little reticent. Reduced (retronasal) flavours, fairly austere palate with plenty of astringent pull, green apple (with the tannins of an underripe apple), soft mouthfeel otherwise, acidity drives the palate from the mid-, delicate/subtle but perhaps lacks intensity?, very drinkable though. Moreish, actually. Would like to see again in more time

Weak straw colour; lactic, apple & pear bouquet; crunchy apple fruit, vibrant acidity, multi-faceted; dashing, dry finish - extended length. Well balanced, finessed. Can be drunk now for the upfront freshness, doubtlessly will age well.

Many Aussie rieslings start out so tight they are unpleasant to dry young - not this wine. Whilst it has the acid structure to last and develop, there is a superb array of flavours even at this very young age, white nectarines and limes with just a hint of honeysuckle far in the distance. Purchased directly from the vineyard, I see myself buying more in the future.

Blisteringly young Riesling, incredibly spritely and raw at this stage with racing acidity, loads of lime and other citrus. Good concentrations and length but really needs time to come together.

Now fully mature. Has Clare chalkiness, softened palate, easy finish. Drink up.

Retains vibrancy & freshness. Youthful nervosity. Leave a couple+ years

Acid Haus (Art & Design House, Wiliam Street): Muted fruit (lime) and some stony minerality…Tangy and zesty with quite sharp acidity. Lacks a little fruit on the palate. Hmm.
