Roasted stewed meat on the nose. Same on the front of the palate yielding quickly to dark red cherry, canned prune, earthy umami mushroom notes at the end of the palate. Drinking well now.

Seasons Restaurant in Old Town Albuquerque. Anti pasta board, prime rib w kale and Swiss chard, mash potatoes- yumm. Also Beef tenderloins and Brussels sprouts bacon hazelnut and potato form- 2 thumbs up.
