I like this a notch better than the 2015 The Dreaming Tree Pinot Noir I drank alongside. This is plump and fruity, very accessible, with a streak of cherry across the palate. A fun wine.

from online notes, 79% North Coast fruit. Merlot 64%, Petite Sirah 20%, Zinfandel 13%, "Other" 3%. aged 16 months in oak. 13.7% abv. color dark purple, nose dark cherry and vanilla oak. palate dark fruits, dusky chocolate, good amount of acidity to balance. Surprisingly enjoyable, I admittedly had this with low expectations, but not a lot of complexity. Nonetheless a fun quaffable red. agree with the community average of 88 pts

This was batter than I expected. A decent everyday wine and held up surprisingly well over 3 days. I would definitely buy this again at the same price.

Just not much there. Flat, unimpressive with little to no tannins to pick it up.

Un rouge Californien un peu générique, mais tout de même agréable.
