Amazing depth of flavor in this wine. Really shows off the Balance de Noirs profile. Still young but not too soon to drink. A rare and delicious treat.

BOLLINGER (Wijnhandel Peeters @ Rotterdam , the Netherlands.): A total of 3 300 bottles were produced. Exceptional complexity on the nose with powerful candied fruit and bread aromas. On the palate round, creamy and wonderful balanced, with exceptional richness. Youthful with endless aging potential.
Champagne Bollinger Master Class (Wijnhandel Peeters): 100% Pinot Noir from 3 vineyards Chaudes Terres and Clos St-Jacques in Aÿ and Croix Rouge, Bouzy. 100% Barrel Fermented, 6yrs agings prior to dégorgement. First time that VVF was presented during a public tasting in Holland. Very impressive wine with a magnificent balance between power, minerality and acidity. It just went on and on. Ripe red apple, stonefruit, brioche, truffle, hazelnut, mushroom and a pronounced limestone minerality. A baby but already drinking beautiful! Hopefully I'll ever get a chance to taste this 10-15 yr older.
