Colour: Golden with slight orange tint. Nose: Low to medium intensity, I found it very hard to unravel. Some banana? Nectarine maybe? Palette: Quite rich, nectarine, white peach, toast and lanolin, lemon/lime finish. Quite a long creamy finish. Still a bit to young to really enjoy. Previous experience leads me to believe it'll be much better in 3-5 years.

Colour is light gold, with a nose of medium intensity showing grapefruit, honey, stone fruit and a touch of nutty oak. Palate is medium bodied, quite long, with good fruit flavours, a touch of vanilla and toasty oak. The palate is well balanced with good citrus and stone fruit flavours, and enough acid to give it length and balance. It is not a great chardonnay but a pleasant, well balanced and versatile wine.

Nose: Toast, pineapple, peach, hay, lanolin

Pleasant but not as good as other vintages I've had.
Not a lot of life left in it.

Colour: Golden / silver with slight orange tint.
Nose: Buttered toast, butterscotch, yellow peach, cashews?
Palette: Quite rich, nectarine, peach, toast and lanolin, lemon/lime finish.
Quite a long creamy finish.
More buttery and toasty than previous tasting so it is gradually evolving.
Seems a bit more acidic as well, which is strange.
Make sure you don't drink it straight from the fridge, it needs to warm up a bit to show it's pedigree.

A bit old school with lots of butter and oak. Some citrus. A good 1980’s wine

Controlled oak nose; slight creaminess on palate. Smooth round texture; long tingle, partial MLF improves the balance

A good chardonnay. No real faults, but perhaps lacking in character. A little sweet?
