No formal note but almost the color of tea - so was a bit worried when initially poured. But it was in great shape - plenty of richness and sugar which has stabilized the wine. Amazing aromatics and a joy to drink - and an eye opener for me that these wines are built to age.

Big golden, rich and delicious. Maybe some would think this a little old, but for me it was still within its perfect drinking window. Dry style, but with a certain residual sweetness. Complex and very long.

dark golden but not quite amber. nose was filled with a sweetness and pinot gris characteristics. The mouth feel was the best as it was round and rich with enough acidity to keep it interesting. The mid-palate and finish were top notch. Definitely becoming a mature wine but no where past mature.

beautiful alas, my last bottle. Yet again we've enjoyed very much this wine, which is starting to turn into ambre color. Secondary elements are coming out nicely. (less fruit/sweetness more back bone & earthier) both in aromas as well as on the palate. It has hit the peak to be enjoyed.

Very nice indeed. Developping secondary complexities. It got much darker than a few years ago, beautiful nose of honey, almond, peach, leather as well as coffee bean. On the palate initially sweet, then mid palate is mingled with the above qualities/complexities. The only thing desirable is the length at the end, which is rather short.

Delicious wine! Dark yellowish, beautiful aroma of honey, ripe peach and caramel. In the palate luscious, and inviting for another sip of oily, smooth textured pleasure. Drinking great now and shows plenty of the mentioned aromas in the palate, + just a hint of spice to add up the quality.

Our first experience with Alsatiian pinot gris. Were pleasantly surprised by the sweet/honey overtones of the wine.
