Vanilla, bramble but little fruit on the nose. A bit syrupy tasting with cherry notes tasting. Had this open for a couple of days and it went downhill with age getting a sweet note as it sat.

Boo, very disappointing. Too acidic and sour. Let it sit out for a few hours and then it becomes more bearable. Otherwise, put your $7 towards a nicer bottle of wine that will actually be worth the calories.

For $ 7, this is a good everyday wine. Ready right after I uncorked it. Nose of fruit & chocolatey dessert - I swear I could smell the chocolate-icing version of red velvet cake...... This is a grapey-tasting wine, lightly jammy with loads of blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, cherry, & vanilla flavors winding into a medium mocha finish. The acidity is well-balanced, the tannins are smooth, and some mild oak is present in the finish. I enjoyed all the fruit in this wine. Drink it in 2017. Looking forward to their other red, Black Forest.
