375ml bottle. Acid is a little low, citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, a little asparagus and a little too florally for me for a ‘Polish Hill’. Easy drinking, not overly complex. Drink now

In a very good place; limes, minerals, and excellent line of acidity with great colour (I think that the acidity as softened nicely over the last 6 months). Going forward I can see the acid fading away leaving an array of flavours, but no sign of kero at this stage. Drinking very well. Going to pop a few away to see how this wine evolves.

Scented candles, limes, petrol and sourdough toast. Very focused. Great texture.

Scented soaps, wedding cake, diesel, sunscreen, green apple, lemon cream. The finish is dynamic and long. Very drinkable.
This wine keeps getting better. Lots of latent complexity that should bloom with more time in the bottle.

Clean and pure lime sherbet profile with just a hint of skunky petrol in the background. Delicious Riesling.
