Another wine off the list at Maialino. Recommendation from the somm. He was spot on. Opened and decanted and drank over prob an hour. This was just lovely. A bit of smoke and funk on the nose, but the palate of it was this lovely mix of the more tomato paste and balsamic and fruit. Very fresh given the age. Very nice wine with food. All of us really liked it.
