Jammy, fruit forward wine that would go well with bbq or dark chocolate. Notes of blackberry, plum, dark cherry, light spices, and vanilla. Acid is medium, tannins low, alcohol high. Juicy, decadent, unmistakably New World. Drink now.

I don't have a lot of good to say about this, nor a lot of bad. It was a red wine, couldn't pick out the varietals, it was good, but not really impressive or with much depth or character that would make me want to re-purchase. Certainly drinkable. Would have pegged it for a $5 house red wine at Applebees.

Decent wine for the price. Dark cherry and syrupy with soft tannins. Hint of vanilla and heat on the finish. No idea if this will age but am guessing not.

Garnet in color, clear, dull; nose of cherry, herbs, and hints of vanilla; cherry syrup and pepper on the palate; medium(-) body, medium acidity, medium(-) tannins; long finish. I did not enjoy this wine as much as the bottle I tasted in February. This bottle was very fruit forward and syrupy. It had no balance because everything was up front.

Dark garnet to purple in color, clear, dull; nose of black cherry, vanilla, eucalyptus, and herbs; black cherry, anise, vanilla, and oak on the palate; long, peppery finish with grippy tannins; big nose, medium body, and balanced. Will definitely improve with age in the bottle!

A nose of muted dark fruit and some spice, dark purple in color. A medium to full bodied kitchen sink blend, with black cherry, blueberry, herbs and spice on finish, needs a good decant. www.winelx.com

Solid quaffer. At $20 this wine represents solid value, agree with others, this is a good pizza wine. The wine is rich and flavorful, but lacks elegance and sophistication, it is a simple and an easy drink. Do give it time to open up, the wine improved as the night went on. Surprisingly this wine held up in day 2, it speaks to its ability to improve with some maturity and perhaps to the quality of the juice. Enjoy now or the near term.
Very typical of mid level Californian red blends. Loads of chewy fruit, little complexity, varietal character and pretty disjointed. Not bad especially at BOGO. But....

Part of a wine tasting event so notes are minimal and going from memory. Simple and slightly sweet. Favorite of 6 wines for wife. Struck me as a decent Wednesday night pizza wine. Easy drinker. Slightly simple. reasonable balance. 88-89 range. Pretty good QPR.

Rich nose of dark red fruit and roasted meat. A bit heavy on the palate with ripe red and purple fruit taking center stage. A solid acid backbone keeps this from being sickly and cloying but it is definitely a bold new world style wine. Not particularly subtle or smooth but strong flavors make it worthwhile for the price.

Great value at under $25. Full bodied and fruit forward. A little herbacious on the nose.

Oversweet and over alcohol-ed. Feels like the triumph of marketing and packaging over wine-making.

Just didn't do it for me. A bit tart, very tight, and not what I was expecting from a Tensley wine. Didn't take detailed notes.

Rhone style red. Good red fruits, touch of acidity, good body that lingers on the finish. Good food wine.
