This has the bones of a great wine, but my bottle was (expectedly) past it's prime. The peachy fruit and freshness feels a touch faded, which exposes the alcohol a bit. There is still enough tension and mineral energy to make it enjoyable, however. Sweet spices and warmed nuts add complexity to the rich and creamy body, and the wine finishes with good mineral resonance.

Deep yellow color. Ripe pear on the initial draw, layers in some citrus and finishes long. A full bodied offering with a oh so slight hint of vanilla that adds a nice touch.

Great acidic backbone with lemon zest, wet stone, lots of minerality across the middle, and a wonderful stone fruit finish which adds complexity. It reminds me of a ripe Chablis 1er in all of the best ways.

Falltacular 2016; 2/18/2017-2/20/2017 (FMIII in the OC): Wow, this looks like an older chardonnay. Has a really brass color to it. Huge salinity underlying the palate, even shows on the nose. Touch of butter and baked red apples. Medium plus acidity. This is a winner.

Lovely lemon flavors with a buttery note to it.
Has a good acidity but could use a little bit more. Otherwise an nice wine that drinks very nicely.
