  • To the nose, quite fragrant but a somewhat muddled blend of peach, honey, lemon, lime and white flower. Slight chalk (or wet concrete) with the last glass after it warmed. On the palate, peach and lemon/lime, with slight pineapple, pear and honey. It is lively and bright, but still has a full, round mouthfeel. Length is longer than expected. Initially a slight eucalyptus or honey at the finish, but not present as warmed. Very easy to drink. Excellent QPR.

  • This is a really exceptional find and an amazing food wine. The price is ridiculously cheap for Loire / Vouvray Touraine of this quality. Layers of Lime Zest, white nectarines, ginger, mint, with a long rich finish of Quince, almond and Key Lime.
If you have ever had a rich Carnitas street taco and squeezed a 1/8 wedge of Lime on top... it’s that good. Would like to explore these other great vintages of 15 & 14.... but this is delicious with most cuisine. I have traveled the entire Loire, and it’s so great to get Re aquatinted. Enjoy
