  • awesome wine - best "Bourgogne Blanc" I've had much more like a 1er Cru - a rare white that stays interesting glass after glass. Most whites get cloying to me after a glass or two. This has nice hints of beez wax, yellow plums, hay - playful lots of hints of different facets with each mouthful - no part is overbearing - good acidity with balanced out heft . I've had this on 5 or so occasions - been awesome each time

  • The Chardonnay is a native grape of the Burgundy area. This wine is a still, dry white wine with fruit aromas (lychee, pear.) As a result of the perfect location, the sugar content can reach a high level while maintaining a balance of fruit and acidity.
