Deep ruby colour. Medium (+) and developing nose with cassis, leather, tobacco, ripe red cherry, green bell pepper, vanilla and wet leaves. Medium taste of cassis, leather, tobacco, green bell pepper, black pepper and sea salt. Medium (+) long and dry finish. Medium acidity. High tannins. Medium body. A very good Medoc that needs some time to mature. Drink in five to fifteen years. Goes well with beef or lamb.

Decanter Fine Wine Encounter (The Landmark, London): Ooh, quite mineral with blackcurrant, touch of jubiness, plum lozenge. Medium plus intensity acidity, super jubey fresh fruit, talc textured tannins persist long, front of mouth grip. Fresh, yum.

Nice fruity easy drinking wine. On the nose red berries, strawberry and currant. Not too much oak. Tannins still a bit harsh but softened much on the second day. Decent bordeaux.

Mon pire Cru Bourgeois. Pas de défaut. Paa générique ni plaisant à boire. Étalé sur 3 jours.
Nez pas très invitant rappelant les californiens à 40-110$ mais pas dans le bon sens.
...je ne recommande pas. Je ne rachète pas.

This tobacco tinged, red berry, round textured, early drinking charmer will be easy to enjoy on release and over the next 7-9 years.

Easy-drinking with hints of tobacco topped cassis make this wine a charmer to drink when it hits the stores.
