A classy NZ sauvignon blanc, that stands out from the crowd through it's restrained tropical fruit and fuller mouth feel. Jackson Estate is a solid producer, and I highly recommend their Grey Ghost.N: Pungent lemon zest, grassy undertones, steely slate freshness, restrained tropical gooseberry.P: Lower acidity (still m+) and slightly creamy texture (malo), very steely, lemon zest, pink grapefruit sour freshness, unripe melon.F: Big blue slate, lacks a little fruit. Give it some asparagus.

V decent. Much more nettles than tropical. Avoids the pitfalls of the worst NZ SB but remains an NZ SB.
