Definitely still too young. Some how ended up with 12 of these so looking forward to seeing how it matures. I think it has potential but not so sure it will ever be as good as the 2014 in 10 years.

Beginning to come into its own, brief decant in a Park City restaurant. Nice balanced fruit without being a fruit bomb. Strong complex taste of oak and liqorice, really pleasant long finish. Will only improve with time but very drinkable now.

Great wine. Iron, fresh rain, loamy, concentrated, perfect juicy black fruit (like a blackberry from the garden of eden). Still feels nubile. Generous oak, but will soften with time. Needs at least 5-10 more years.

I wanted to taste one of these young. It's youthful and tight but certainly enjoyable over an entire evening. Not a classic Martha yet. Only good things ahead for this wine with a little more time.

Tight and youthful with bright red fruit, some earthiness and cedar; fairly simple on the palate with more red fruit and not as deep as I was expecting. Medium finish; a weaker vintage of MV. Will wait 3 years to pop another.
Needs time to evolve

Loved it. Kim and I drank it in Vegas dinner Xavier’s Aria hotel it was everything they say it was. Loved it and her. She was more beautiful than the wine. She’s 100 points. ❤️ outstanding!

Still quite young and tightly knit. The structure is there and this will be very good in 5-10. Classic forest and mintyness, with black fruits and currants.

Ruby color. Strong legs. Strong fruit notes on the nose. Plum, licorice, spice, cedar, oak. Tastes of balanced fruit, plums, blackberry, pepper, oak, baking spice. Medium alcohol, medium seeetness, medium acidity. Well balanced. Drinking well but tastes young still. Has room to grow.

Heitz Cellars Tasting hosted by TCWC (Virtual): One hundred percent cabernet sauvignon from the famed Oakville vineyard. A four ounce sample poured off two days prior which has now been in our glasses for about one and one-third hours. Dark crimson color. Aromas of red and black fruit with subtle hints of the telltale eucalyptus fading in and out of the background. Over the next forty minutes the eucalyptus gains strength, but less leafy/herbal and almost more of an essential oil kind of way, if that makes sense. Full-bodied, but already silky and seamless despite its youth. Red fruit and herb flavors abound, carrying the long finish. Clearly young, albeit enjoyable, but I'd suggest holding until 2030+; plenty of potential though. 93+ for me, 94 for Domino.

Medium ruby. Pronounced aromas of dark plums, violets, graphite, a hint of chocolate. Penetrating fruit on the palate with wide spread, vibrant acids, full bodied, prominent but unctuous tannins, very long finish.

Soft but distinct aromas of dark berries, cocoa, spicy redwood, hints of maple syrup with faint notes of green pepper and graphite. Wide spread of rich aromatic fruit on the palate, firmed by integrated tannins and buoyed up by a lovely layer of lively acid. Superb complexity on the nose balanced by subtle simplicity on the palate.
