A really nice Cab. It has a nice velvety start that starts with some real nice dark berries. The middle has a punch of dark berries that then tails in to a little sweetness. It finishes bold and thick with some blackberries almost jammy and a little sweetness.

Dark berry fruit palate. Lots of oak on the palate. Lots of oak tannin texture. Medium tannin. Root beer w/out the herb. Not overly ripe, but not a shy wine m.

Better than the first bottle we had. Quick decant this time which brought out a nose of red and black fruits and spice. Not overly complex but nice round mouthfeel with the fruit and spice coming through on the palate. Paired wonderfully with slow cooked cabernet marinated pot roast from Trader Joe's.

Medium+ ruby. Blackberry, plum and black cherry with toasted oak and baking spice. Medium body with sweet slightly dry tannins. On the palate this wine is round but lacks depth of flavor and the finish is relatively short. A pleasant wine that would go well with red meat.

Another wine that gets better with a few days after taking out the cork. First day tight, red, cough drop, later, smoother, juicier. Overall probably won't buy again.

Opened 5 days ago at a family dinner. Nose of cherry cough drop, cherry licorice and spices. Cough drop and a lot of heat dominated the palate. Put the cork back in the bottle and it sat in the refrigerator for a week.
Pulled it out last night figuring I would be pouring it down the drain, but as the wine warmed back up it seemed much improved, nose showed red fruits and licorice and the palate followed the nose. The cough drop and heat from the first night were gone and this was surprisingly enjoyable.
Maybe it just needs more cellar time?

Nose: A smell of acidity, dark red fruit, some cranberries and a tinge of oak (but this seems to make it sour).
Palate: Deep dark fruit, great earth or soft forest soil and a slight oak with some spice.
Dark ruby. Dry and great dark fruit. Medium plus body with smooth tannins; a soft grip. Thank goodness the nose doesn't completely confirm the palate (referring to that sour tinge of oak). Decent finish of about 3-4 seconds. Smooth and enjoyable. I'm enjoying the fruit and soft earth integration.

Back to back good years. I love this cab as it is well balanced. I feel like there is a bit Merlot or cab franc in this guy to calm it down, and therefore we can drink this today. I enjoyed it....Cheers

The wine is crimson colored. It's nose is raspberry and dark cherry, with deep cherry and raspberry on the palate. The wine has soft, silky texture. The wine finishes medium. Let it open up for an hour, gains more Cherry.

- Garnet color with fast forming legs and aromas of strawberry, black currant and vanilla. It's in total harmony and has flavours of strawberry, black currant and prune with a full body. Polished texture with a long finish - An excellent Cabernet and even more so considering the price. Absolutely fantastic.

Aromatic black cherry fruit with tobacco and graphite. Great mouthfeel, it just glides on the palate. Friendly enough for a PnP, but more complex and generous on Day Two. Excellent value for $30 at Costco.

Very smooth and balanced. Subtle tannins, but upfront fruit and slight sweetness dominates, though not over the top. Medium body; medium finish. Very pleasant drinking, nothing objectionable. Not a blockbuster, but superb QPR at $24.

Other commenters had it right. A solid Cab. Not a ton of xomplexity, but aolid fruits and tannins balanced for a nice medium length finish. Good qpR.

About as good as it good at this price point for napa cab - full of blue and black fruit, with touches of tobacco and earthy notes.
