On day 1 this was slightly flat, but gained vibrancy on day 2. Still could use some more acidity for my tastes to balance the rich texture. It’s not a bad wine, and I love Eyrie’s reds, but WV Chardonnay is such a competive and exciting landscape right now that I no longer buy much of this.

Excellent bottle of well crafted wine! Has it all: great savory white fruits, backing acidity, good mineral sense of place & nice length for a modest priced OR Chard!

Delicious. I purposely didn’t tell my wife what it was, and she guessed what I already thought: a good Chassagne Montrachet Villages. Well-balanced with some stone fruit and good acidity. This may not improve but it’s certainly worth drinking now!

It is a well made Chardonnay; however, it is lacking complexity. It does have nice orchard fruit, no oak and balanced acidity. I am retrying this wine after it has sat for day and it has improved.
This was another delicious bottle; lovely orchard fruits, hints of spice and lemon peel, white floral notes; perfectly balanced with good depth and juicy acidity; excellent and a killer value

Another excellent bottle; beautiful peach, pear, apple, and hints of citrus; vibrant palate, but delicious fruit and floral notes. Hard to stop sipping.

Similar to prior notes. This will easily age another several years, but I couldn't resist.

Similar notes as last time. It does have some nice orchard fruit, a little lemon, a hint of oak and a medium finish. It’s just not my style.

Mostly estate, floral, round but focused. 11 mo neutral french. no Battonage. Pretty straight forward.

Savory but not without fruit. With some cinnamon spice to it?

Despite new oak, this has only a light creaminess, lemon and a touch of hazel nut
