Paired with sushi because I'm not a Pinot Noir fan and didn't have any chilled whites. Definitely on the lighter side; it looks like a Pinot. The flavors aren't bad but it's like a Relic Paras Grenache Lite. A hint of spice and the alcohol definitely comes through. I'd rather spend more and get the Paras.

Pretty nose of raspberry, fresh cut flowers and wet rocks. Rich fruit and damp earth on the palate. Very flavorful, without being heavy. Good acidity and a clean finish. Interesting and well made.

Brick red edges, with a cloudy appearance. Nose of cranberry, raspberry and a spiciness. Mouth feel was round, medium plus body. Flavor was cranberry, bright red fruit, with a toasty, spicy oak. Grippy tannins. Pleasant wine that shares a lot with the big pinots. Will buy again when offered.
