Cloudy gold, with a very light bubble stream. Light lemony, subtly yeasty & appley nose. Very interesting palate. More delicious than serious. Much dryer and crisper on palate than the nose suggested. Quite a nice savoury note. Feels lower alcohol than 13%. Fairly persistent after. Very food friendly indeed: worked very well throughout a long Nordic style tasting menu.

A fascinating wine which is atypical of anything else I have tasted. Looks funky with a crown cap! Cloudy to look at with very lively spiritz. Aromas of orange juice and lemon, orange and grapefruit rind. The nose suggested sweetness but the palate was dry with a complex cocktail of fruits from crab apple, graofrutit, lime, gin botanicals such as juniper and a hint of wood on the finish. Quirky!

Floral on the nose with a hint of honey. Taste of Granny Smith Apple with very nice acidity and a medium finish. Good with spicy food and definitely needs to be serve chilled.

Blind tasting. Brief note. Unfixed and unfiltered. Very floral and tropical nose with some honeyed notes. Palate is more along the green apple and peach spectrum. Good acid. Medium (-) finish. This brought back a little faith in natural wine for me as my previous experiences have been sorely lacking.

Color cloudy yellowish golden, light bubbles. Nose floral, nice tropical notes, had an appealing 7-up soda note. Palate citrus, hint of honey, good tart acidity. Natty but in a pleasing, very drinkable way, surprising. 93 pts

Beautifully fragrant, almost dry pet nat that was fantastic with Thai food, particularly a coconut curry, galangal, lemongrass and pork-belly noodle dish.

Beautiful pear and melon on the nose and the palate. Great acidity and long spicy finish make this a yummy alternative to traditional fizz. Pear well with Calamari and rich spicy empanadas. Dont let the cloudy nature of this discourage you. Its a fantastic wine and pretty great QPR.

Floral, tropical, exotic fruits, med + acidity, hazy, fairly coarse bead. Fun pet-nat ;)
