Love the purity of the fruit here, mainly raspberries. Not quite ethereal as other Burgs but very solid all around. The mushroom note on the nose is quite interesting as well. Perfect with food since the tannins are round chewie.

Clearly the opening Spectator rating was bizarre. Yet some of the subsequent ratings I've read here were equally bizarre. This is a lighter Corton, yet pure, fresh and lovely. An awesome value. I highly recommend this.

Deep ruby in the glass. Open and ready for business on the nose - dark & red fruit mix together, some baking spices, shrubs and fresh mushrooms. Palate is generous, but texture is silky. Really nice elegance to this wine, but is it 99 points from Suckling? Not even close.
Gorgeous mixed berries, light spice, cherry, fresh foresty notes; but on the palate it really shines, with a silky, glycerin texture, good concentration in the mid-palate, nice long finish. At store w/vendor

Couleur : belle robe rubis profonde. Note : 16-16,25/20 i.e. 90-91/100

Very basic notes from Wine Spectator Grand Tour in Vegas. WS score: 94
Overblown score - could have been drinking a good Villages.
