I liked this quite a bit last night. Yellow-tinged, healthy color. Citrus, honey, cream on the nose. Very nice texture on the palate. Starting to open, but good tension and vigor. Tropical fruit. Some vanilla-spiked creaminess comes on with air. Very good at this level and $.

This was spiky and acidic tonight. Showing bright citrus, touch of lactic on finish. Good but A bit severe like some 2016s. Not at same level as the 2014 or 2017s.

Pale gold in the glass with some weight evident. The nose of this Chablis was shy with mild aromas of apple and peach. There’s much more to discover on the palate with green apple and peach on entry; on the mid-palate there’s stone and a distinct creaminess that coats the mouth. On the back of the palate lime, lemon, and honey notes come forward for a medium-long finish.
Very balanced and pretty wine with some complexity over the palate. Recommended!

hasn't moved much. See my last note. Still good. Still fairly primary.

Great after a day on the lake. Golden apple, lemon tart, juicy pear.

Similar to the Montnains, perhaps slightly less intense.
