A wolf in sheep's clothing. Inky, with aromas and flavors of dark berry, vanilla, coffee, and tobacco. Moderately tannic towards the finish, this is hard to rate as a PN, but big and beautiful on its own.

Deep ruby color. Aromas of jammy strawberries and cherries, with rhubarb, roses, coffee, warm spices, clove, vanilla. Crisp acidity frames the wine nicely, with velvety tannins, along with tangy cherries and jammy raspberries, along with complex elements of cinnamon, rhubarb, clove, coffee. This could use a few years, but it’s impressive now.

Perfect wine to enjoy with Tuscan veal chop. Great structure with medium fruit and racy spice notes.

Full bodied Pinot that paired beautifully with baked salmon.

Not a typical Pinot Noir. It is more full bodied and drinks like a red blend. Quite a bit different than the regular Elouan, but a very nice wine.

Over extracted, out of character pinot noir. Not a shining example of Oregon PN.

Modernly styled, lovely prettiness and Wow! factors, including raspberry-like ripeness. A little alcohol burn at the back.
