Glorious nose of white grapefruit, gooseberry, lemongrass, hay and raw jalapeno pepper. In peak zone and should cruise along here for a few years to come. Perfect accompaniament to a green chile Enchilada pie.

Bright nose of Meyer lemon, pineapple, and mineral. Perfect balance with just enough acid to complement bacalao and lubina with prawns at a delicious Spanish restaurant.

Complex and grassy Sauv Blanc fruit with green apple, cucumber, citrus and lemongrass notes, with depth and a little waxiness from some semillon. Perfect pairing with a salad course topped with fried camembert cheese.

This rich but grassy Sauvignon Blanc might need another six months to reach its peak, but it's a compelling - and tasty - combination of bright and round flavors. Light yellow, almost silver in color; medium in body; nose of wet grass, green apple, gooseberry, and ocean air. Tastes of grapefruit, lemon meringue, gooseberry, pear, and quartz, with a zippy finish that is rounded out by the 7% Sémillon. 14.5% alcohol. 93-94 for now.

Clear light yellow. Intense stone fruit, grapefruit, hay and lime nose. Dry peach and grapefruit flavours and a nice dry peach and lime finish.

This tasted almost like a cross between fume blanc and chardonnay. It was silky and fruity, but not a ton of acid.

Still relatively youthful, complex, nuanced. Properly oaked. Is there anything that comes out of that vineyard that isn't yummy?

Full throttle sauv blanc with big flavors of tarragon, lemongrass and asparagus. At five years old, this is prime drinking zone.

Pale color:restrained nose of citrus and grass. Acidity pronounced despite addition of semillon. Not much flavor bordering on austere. Disappointing.
