Slightly effervescent, earthy, citrus. Lots of sediment.
Really fun: strawberry and citrus up front, earthy and peppery core with some meaty notes and finishing with good acidity and slight wild tang.
Fresh, clean and fruity. A really nice summer wine. Notes of grapefruit, raspberries and blood orange.
