  • Mid gold color with a touch of copper notes on the rim.

On the nose, honeysuckle, quince and wildflowers.

Palate, some lychee, pear, gooseberry. Broad middle palate but finishes lean with nice, but not bracing, acidity.

    Interesting wine, difficult to place.

Opened up with air, became more floral and a little more complete.

  • This wine was very closed off. It needs aeration and should not be served too cold. If, when you open it, you get nothing on the nose — let it slowly open up and warm up.
Aromas of truffles and some toast and maybe burnt pineapple
The palate was slightly leesy with some ripe citrus notes
    Good but not great length
Don’t serve this wine too cold. It also become flabby when served too warm. It really needs to be served at cellar temperature to be properly enjoyed.
