  • Pale golden colour, has some very small bubbles of carbonic acid, smells of dried apricot, lovage and freshly cut grass, medium body, has hardly any acidity left, has a certain residual sugar, so is more off-dry than dry, in the mouth gooseberry and a little bit of lovage, in the aftertaste gooseberry, acidity and a little bit of lovage, good length (15 sec), middling, had expected more in this price range.
