Still plenty of life in this particular bottle, in contrast to earlier reviews. Aromas of forrest and brambles. Intense lively blackcurrant and creamy cassis with smooth oak, then a decent finish with silky tannins.

Black Cherry and mushroom on the nose. Super fast legs. Flat, thin, body. Tastes like cherry with a backdrop of brussels sprouts. Slight tannins still evident. Drinkable but not presentable.

Still alive though on the decline. Weaker aromas than one year ago, but there is still some ripe blackcurrant there. Lean on the palate, short finish. Time to drink up!

Tastes like the winemakers worked hard at producing a relatively cheap generic Cabernet (and succeeded). Would be good with steak or when you need something that is familiar and easy to drink.

Simple, light and acidic. Is this Cabernet? This is the kind of wine you expect to get at big parties. Don't waste your money on this in case you're looking for a thrilling wine experience.

Deep red-purple colour. Huge nose of blackcurrant with very well integrated oak. The mouth is medium-bodied, very fresh and full of ripe fruit like the nose. Some tannins are still present giving the wine some structure. Short finish. Overall, a good wine, not complex but very pleasant and refreshing. Probably at it's peak right now.

Oh yes, this has that overripe fruit on the nose...some oak as well. This was well-suited as one of those bottles to keep the conversation flowing after dinner was over (and multiple bottles had been consumed). Basic in almost every element.

The wine was very mellow with a nice easy finish. It was very light bodied. The wine was not particularly flavorful, but faired nicely with a turkey dinner. I would not buy this wine for personal, private consumption, but for a large party the price point fits the flavor.

Smells like booze, in the sense of heat and poor integration of aromas and flavors. Some lilac and some black cherry aromas, but very unlike Cabernet at all. Very light-weight in the palate; some tobaco and black pepper in the end, but bags of oak, and a consistency and body that is very undeserving of a true Cabernet. Pass.

I had this wine in a Spig Bordeaux glass at a resteraunt. This was a big disapointment. All I tasted was an overfirm, over oaked and tannic wine. I get no fruit, no integration and a horrible wine. I would avoid this at all costs it doesn't even matter the costs and at any QRP level. (65-70)

Just OK. I would not purchase again. Not much life left in this bottle

Very nice Cab. It has aged well. Tannins are smooth and gentle

A Lot better than expected. Reasonable fruit and a very smooth finish. Nothing spectacular, but a good wine for a group of friends on Thanksgiving.

Too old. Barely drinkable, with much reduced fruit, and oak dominating. Not much pleasure.

Beat expectations. Well balanced and full bodied, but lacks the final kick.
