Riper rounder and a little more concentrated than the Bourgogne. Good right very Tangy fruit but more smooth than a little less tangy. Also showing well and holding up well.

I have been told that there are certain people that think this wine is past peak. I strongly disagree. It is fully mature. The only flaw is the bottle variation is all over the place but there are some bottles that are good and some bottles that are great. I have been very pleasantly surprised by this wine and I've been very happy with the qpr. This bottle was a little bit more backward and then most as it had more acidity but it was still very approachable and delicious. Lots of tomato cherry and Earth flavors and bouquet. This is definitely one to drink up now it will not get any better and can only go downhill

Absolutely perfect. Not 100 Point rating perfect but just perfect flavors Perfect Balance perfect smoothness just absolutely delicious all around. This bottle is hitting all the right buttons at once. Very pale brick to almost brownish color.. explosive bouquet of spice, dark cherries, red cherries, tomato. Light to medium Bodied with a juiciness to the fruit and loads of flavors with lots of complexity. Minerals, spice, Earth, sweet dark cherry, red cherry, tomato. Long finish. Absolutely delicious and drinking perfectly now. I can't imagine this giving any better and that's a compliment.

When 1st opened, had some sour notes that blew off in a few minutes revealing the bouquet and flavors that his has typically showed. Tomato and earth bouquet. Ripe tangy tasty cherry, berry, tomato earth fruit. Long finish. Still youthful. Drink now and over the next few years at least (probably longer). That being said, it is perfectly balanced and tastes so good now, drink up (but once again no rush). Excellent QPR

Unfortunately this producer on his two lesser expensive burgundy's which this is one of had bottle variation. Bottle this time is okay but not what I'm used to having. It was still drinkable and enjoyable but not nearly the quality it usually is

Ripe supple round fruity but still old world pinot noir. Very well balanced and smooth. Drinks well now. Should be able to age longer. Still with good primary fruit

Nice ripe supple concentrated. Definitely a big step up from the Bourgogne. Lot of primary fruit still with some secondary flavors starting to come in. Drink now but can certainly age further and I think it will still develop further. Great qpr.

Wow! This wine is just singing beautifully. It is certainly in the top 10 of my all-time favorite kosher wines by far. Had numerous times with consistent excellent results. For those who like primary fruit this is at peak right now. it is certainly starting to show some secondary characteristics but it's still much more on the youthful side. Absolutely insanely delicious and incredible QPR for what it is. I wish somebody would get this producer to make these wines more consistently. They are real home runs and excellent QPR. Very very pale light Ruby color to brick color. Explosive bouquet and flavors of dark cherries tomatoes strawberries hints of burnt rubber hints of smoke. Beautifully balanced. Nice concentration and complexity but still very light fresh and smooth. This wine screams why Pinot noir and burgundy are the Pinnacle of high quality red wines. An absolute must try for any serious wine collector. Drink now to 2020.

Another excellent consistent showing of this outstanding wine. Much frutier and concentrated than it's bourgogne counterpart. Nice ripe dark cherry fruit on the bouquet and palate. Still with a lot of primary fruit and youthful flavors. This certainly can go at least another 5 years if not 10 years. Another insane QPR wine. It is sad that this is not made regularly.

After cases and cases of delicious bottles, this one was "off." It was not bad, it was just very neutral. Not the usual excitement. The bourgogne tried at the same time was the same - just neutral

Great balance. Nice concentrated cherry Berry fruits with hints of tomato and good acidity. More dense than the bourgogne Northern burgundy density. Drinks great now but has the fruit, tannins, acidity and structured age much longer. Absolutely delicious. Perfectly balanced. As much as I like the bourgogne, this certain is worth the increase price

Light Ruby color. Explosive dark cherry black cherry bouquet. Medium Bodied. Intense ripe dark cherry tomato fruit flavors. A long fruity acidic finish. Still very youthful. Compared to the bourgogne this is more dense and intense. Based on the fruit and acidity this is still very young with a long life ahead of it. Consistently delicious and highly recommended

A much better showing than a couple of days ago. Easily explained by proper serving temperature. Pale translucent light red color. Beautiful intense tart cherry tomato, smoke, hints of spice and crushed violets bouquet. Medium Bodied. On the palate, bodied with intense tart cherry dark cherry Smoky spicy flavors with a long tart acidic finish. Delicious now this can age. For those who like their burgundy's young this is ready to drink. For those who like their burgundy's mature this is just starting to enter its window of drinkability but has a way to go. 13% ABV. This is denser and riper than the bourgogne which is also delicious

Once again as in numerous times in the past oh, this is consistently excellent. Ripe red fruit and tomato bouquet and flavors. Very well-balanced. Good concentration. It is lighter install but not watery. In my opinion it is still on the youthful side and has a long life ahead of it especially indicated by its nice acidity. Delicious now with some breathing, I believe there will be further development. At this point is still what I would consider a young burgundy with mostly primary fruit flavors. Not showing any secondary characteristics at all. 13% ABV. Drink now until 2025, possibly longer
