A good GC Burgundy. Full bodied with plenty of dark fruit but still obvious Pinot elements. Some evolution - think it can be kept for longer and will develop but also feel it is close to its peak.

DRC Tasting Group (Cafe Veloce): Tasted blind. Ripe, with lots of fresh cherries and spice on the nose. Full, fruit forward body. Finishes with fine tannins and medium length. Definitely more of a bigger/new world style, though it didn't seem to be fully integrated just yet.

I rather liked this. It had a nice richness and mouth feel that I enjoy quite a bit. Nice bit of vanilla on the nose. Way too young to drink though. Should be very nice in a few years.

David Bowler Fall 2007 Portfolio Tasting (NYC): Medium ruby color. Miniscule pour. Meaty and herbal on the nose with grippy tannin. It is probably the youth showing but this was a bit thin on the back end.

Slow ox’s 4 hours. Quite spectacular. Tannins almost resolved, fruit well-balanced and delightful. Perfect right now.

- Ruby color. It's somewhat balanced with a light/medium body. Round texture with a medium finish.
