Unsurprisingly its best days are behind it, though still drinking ok. Light straw color, still has its effervescence. Slight nose of the chalky candies like sweet tarts. Off dry sweetness, did well with slightly spicy Indian/north African spiced foods. Note, were the sauces creamy it would not hold up there.
