Wow. This was beautiful. Went quite well with pork in an orange and honey sauce, perhaps a little on sweet side for a savoury course but still worked well. and wonderful in its own. complex, not too sickly, good acidity, orange peel, pear, some hints of maturity. i just wish i had some good blue cheese to go with it.
