Medium straw with a hint of green. Very fresh aromas. Seems like high SO2. Loads of lime. Hint of floral. Mineral. Dry with sweet fruit or a hint of RS. Very fine palate with good weight and length. No phenolics. Great acid backbone. Lime juice. Fresh and primary. Citrus. No petroleum. It’s a lovely wine without layers or complexity at this stage. Amazing purity.

Light nose. Lemon, some dusty concrete. Crisp, medium viscosity mouthfeel. Lemon. Bone dry, great acidity—mouthwatering. Kind of a long oily finish.
Drank with some very, very spicy Indian food. Did a good job of slaying the heat. Could probably go for something sweeter for this purpose, but of course that’s not the wine’s fault.
Really nice wine, my first Alsace Riesling, but not terribly memorable for me. Excited to try other European rieslings.

Young, high acidity, still very much upside potential. Very good QPR, highly recommended.

Pale golden color, fruit such as strawberry on nose and perhaps also a hint of flint. Sharp acidity, some fruit on pallet, fruit on finish.
