Popped and poured on Thanksgiving night with friends at the Broadmoor. Definitely has a creaminess that differentiates it from other champagnes. Loved the mouthfeel. Not over powering mousse. Notes of truffle and lemon zest. The whole group enjoyed the Aubry. This was my second and last bottle of it, and performed exactly as it did before, if anything slightly softer.

Still terrific at 10 years from vintage. So sorry I only bought six, not 12, when I had the chance to restock two years ago. Probably couldn't find or afford it now.

This is good stuff but didn’t have the nerviness I’ve felt before. More depth of flavor but not as much snap. Still, quite lovely and if I ran across it I would buy again for sure.

Gorgeous. Chardonnay flavors generous like a rich lemon curd with minerality, good concentration, perfect finish. Not 'austere' as someone else recently noted, just dry. Putting this on my shopping list--I want more.
Nose: The nose is subtle, yet complex and balanced with red apples, ginger, quince, poached pears, meyer lemons, custard, and mint that leads into a good amount of lees-based tones of biscuits, toasted, and pastry tones.
Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with racy, high acidity. The feel is textured yet refined with red apples, ginger, quince, poached pears, custard, mint, toasted, and pastry tones.
Overall: This is lovely and extremely well balanced. This has some youth, but is really lovely right now as well.

I am impressed with this wine - it felt more like a BdB in the mouth but on the finish it had the textural lift to carry some richness through a lengthy finish. It has striking clarity for such a young champagne. The best phrase I can use to describe its combination of feel and taste is that it has a weightless heft. Nice.

fair amount of mousse to start then fine, light bead. nose strongly mineral with streak of lime and some crisp bread. medium bodied with taut acidity. focused lime and stony mineral. finishes long. needs food to prosper.

Aromas of toast, praline, sherry and just a hint of lime. Flavors of toast, lime, short bread and mineral. Ends with a mineral drive. Finish is mineral driven and last 15-20 seconds. Definitely not on the creamy side. More On the mineral driven side but the bubbles didn’t last that long. Thought it was well chilled but maybe it wasn’t cold enough? Was good nonetheless.

Not the most expressive bottle I’ve had of this wine. Flavors seemed incredibly muted and reserved. Even with air, it just seemed feeble. Disappointing considering how great this cuvée can be, but still better than the mass-market Champagnes out there.

NOSE: bright; crisp; airy; not oxidative; a touch creamy with a hint of biscuit.
BODY: medium-light bodied.
TASTE: dry, but not bone dry. mostly in the apples part of the fruit spectrum. Continues to improve with age, albeit slowly. Drink or Hold.

Clear light yellow, foamy mousse. Very yeasty, bread dough nose, pear and lemon notes. Creamy yeasty pear flavours and a delicious dry finish.

Simultaneously light & rich; seems to be broadening with bottle age; fairly strong mineral on the Nose.

Super bright and tropical: Jasmine, lime, verbena, and coconut/almond. I would recommend at least an hour of air before drinking.
