10% Sem and smells of barrel somewhat. And that to me has some salty reduction character to it. Not tropical, savory in a Cali way of having a goodly amount of weight across the mid palate. Barrel fermented and barrel aged at 80%

A day in Napa (Napa Valley, California): The nose is fresh and immediate with juciy tones of peaches, vanilla beans, fresh picked citrus, green apples, stone fruits, some smoke, toast, and white flowers. There is a bit of toastiness to the nose that is a bit distracting while the citrus notes are upfront and lack some depth. The Medium bodied feel is balanced with crisp, medium+ acidity. This is nice and easy drinking, but the toastiness is distracting. That won't integrate with any age, but if one likes the Fume blanc style of Sauvignon Blanc from Napa, this will appeal to them.
