Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Day 2- Zalto Burgundy glass
A pale and light straw color, with richer aromas than the color might suggest. A slightly candied top note like banana taffy with elements wispy herbs underneath.
Solidly medium bodied with a rich dryness that segues to an almost astringent finish.
There is a melange of flavors that are tightly interwoven and hard to pull out singly, though it suggests minerals and herbs and lemons in a very diffuse and enjoyable way.
Drink and hold for further development.
