Very enjoyable easy drinking cool climate Syrah. It had thrown a bit of light sediment. Dark fruits and white pepper on the palate, good length and value for money at £12

Consistent with previous notes, though I feel I was a little conservative. The beautiful mineral finish this develops on day 2 and 3 itself is worth a little extra. So good right now, but there is development to be had.

Colour is dense. A very full and lush wine, certainly for a Collines Rhodaniennes. Nose is full of blackberry, and while exuberant, still speaks of cool climate Syrah. The palate is full and lush - textured with a medium finish. Medium acidity. Some minerality develops on the palate after a few days. Seems to be some development to be had here, but hard to resist its youthful allures.

Cracking Northern Rhone. Last one of a case of 6. It works happily cellar for a few years but so delicious right now, why wait?

Consistent with previous bottles. Major flaw is that I can't keep my hands off it.

Offers easy pleasures - black fruit, soft tannins, bit of pepper. Really enjoyable now. Worth a 90 on pleasure alone.
