Visiting London, Galway, Dublin and Paris; 9/14/2019-9/29/2019 (England, Ireland and France): This light-bodied, pale yellow wine was tasted from a 187 cc bottle which was served with lunch aboard a commercial airline flight. The bottle carried a lot number of L1921401C10. Offering clean aromas and flavors of gooseberry, green apple, citrus and freshly cut grass, it is a vibrant white with nicely integrated alcohol (12.5%) and no hint of oak. Although the middle palate is solid, the tart finish is a bit clipped. In the context of being paired with a smoked salmon sandwich on an airline flight, this was enjoyable (albeit not particularly memorable). Drink now-2020.
