Acidity a little less prominent and more in balance than with prior bottles. I think serving in GGG benefited the balance of the wine and helped the nose and palate.

Served in Zalto Universal glasses with a bit in a Zalto champagne glass for comparison. The Universal pours were richer on the palate, with the mousse more diffuse. I felt like this benefited the wine, toning down a bit of the acidity. Quite tasty.

Pour Oregon 2021 Wine Zoom - Blanc de Noir 100% Pinot Noir from Columbia Gorge region. Aged sur lie 42 months! Definitely had the brioche aroma and flavor along with lemon, green apple w/ Moderate acidy.

Strong raspberry and tart red apple on the nose. The taste was very fruity with a solid mineralty, but it had a really, really strong acidity that felt a bit unbalanced to me. Medium body wine. It was a solid wine, but it just didnt push my buttons. I think lovers of brut nature champagnes would love this. Not sure how this will age.

Bruised apple, pear, berries, lemon zest with deep flavor profiles but a uplifting acidity.

Apple and honey on the nose, creamy biscuit and apricot on the tongue, finish of lemon and graham on the finish. Excellent!
